Salted Caramel Buck Norris Sour
Ingredients
45ml ThunderDonk Salted Caramel
25ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
Egg white
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 10–15 seconds.
Add ice and shake again.
Double strain into a glass.
Garnish with bitters or a lemon twist.
