Spiced Maple Minty Side-kick
Ingredients
50ml ThunderDonk Spiced Maple
8 mint leaves
Sugar syrup to taste
Crushed ice
Method
Soak mint in whisky and sugar syrup.
Half-fill the glass with crushed ice and muddle.
Top with more ice.
Stir until frosty and add more ice if needed.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
